We only collect the data you voluntarily provide, notably via the contact form or by e-mail:
- name and/or company name;
- e-mail address;
- phone number (optional);
- the content of your message (description of your needs).
No data is collected without your knowledge, and we do not collect any so-called "sensitive" data.
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used solely to: respond to your enquiries, prepare a quote and manage the business relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and the legitimate interest of the company in handling its prospects and clients.
Recipients
Your data is intended only for authorised staff of CLIM FROID SERVICES. It may transit through our technical providers (website host, form delivery service), acting as processors and bound by confidentiality. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Data from a contact request is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request, then archived for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless an ongoing business relationship or a legal retention obligation applies.
Your rights
