What is HVAC commissioning?
HVAC commissioning checks and tunes an installation so it actually works as intended : balancing air and water flows, commissioning AHUs and ventilation, testing control sequences and clearing snags. It is the step that turns a merely « connected » installation into a high-performance one. Learn more →
What's the difference between air and water balancing?
Air balancing sets the distribution of airflows (AHUs, ventilation, grilles and diffusers). Water (hydronic) balancing sets the water flows (chilled- and hot-water networks, fan-coils) using balancing valves. The goal is the same : deliver the right flow to the right place. Learn more →
Why balance an installation that is already running?
Over time flows drift, dampers and valves go out of adjustment, some zones become uncomfortable and pumps and fans over-consume. Re-balancing restores comfort and cuts consumption, without major works.
Is a BMS mandatory?
Yes, in many tertiary buildings, under the French BACS decree : for existing buildings, HVAC systems over 290 kW since 1 January 2025 and over 70 kW by 1 January 2030. New buildings over 70 kW have been covered since 8 April 2024. Learn more →
What does the French tertiary decree require?
Tertiary buildings over 1,000 m² must reduce their final energy consumption by 40% by 2030, 50% by 2040 and 60% by 2050. HVAC commissioning and a BMS are direct, low-cost levers to get there.
Do you operate throughout France?
Yes. Based in the Paris region (Île-de-France), we operate across the whole of France, on tertiary, industrial, hospitality, healthcare and public-access buildings.
Do you offer emergency callouts?
Yes, we mobilise quickly, including for refrigeration and air-conditioning emergencies. An « Emergency? » WhatsApp button is available on the site for a quick callback.
Should high-GWP refrigerants (R404A, R410A) be replaced?
These refrigerants have a high global warming potential and are targeted by the F-Gas Regulation. Depending on the case, we prioritise leak-tightness and maintenance, or retrofitting towards low-GWP refrigerants. We carry out the diagnosis and leak detection. Learn more →
